Canceling an individual pet care service

You can cancel individual services in a booking using the Cloudy app.

Open the Booking Details page for the booking that contains the service to be canceled.
On the Booking Details page, select the service that needs to be canceled.
Open the Service Details page, press the Cancel Service button at the bottom of the page.

ⓘ If the pet sitter has worked on the service already, the Cancel Service button is not displayed.

A dialog box is displayed asking you to confirm the cancellation. Review the message and proceed to cancel.
The change takes effect immediately and the pet sitter will be notified.

ⓘ Depending on the cancellation policy of the pet sitter and when the service is being canceled, a cancellation fee may be charged.

ⓘ The pet sitter can decide whether to charge or waive the cancellation fee on the Cloudy app.
