Canceling an individual pet care service
You can cancel individual services in a booking using the Cloudy app.
- Open the Booking Details page for the booking that contains the service to be canceled.
- On the Booking Details page, select the service that needs to be canceled.
- Open the Service Details page, press the Cancel Service button at the bottom of the page.
- A dialog box is displayed asking you to confirm the cancellation. Review the message and proceed to cancel.
- The change takes effect immediately and the pet sitter will be notified.
ⓘ If the pet sitter has worked on the service already, the Cancel Service button is not displayed.
ⓘ Depending on the cancellation policy of the pet sitter and when the service is being canceled, a cancellation fee may be charged.
ⓘ The pet sitter can decide whether to charge or waive the cancellation fee on the Cloudy app.
