Charging or waiving a cancellation fee for a canceled service
When a pet owner cancels a pet care service after the cancellation deadline is passed, a cancellation fee is recorded on the Cloudy app. The pet sitter can decide whether to charge a cancellation fee or not on the Cloudy app.
- Open the Booking Details page for the booking that contains the service to be canceled.
- On the Booking Details page, select the service that needs to be canceled.
- The Service Details page is displayed. Switch to the Service Price and Payment Info tab that shows the dollar sign icon.
- Press the Charge Cancellation Fee or Waive Cancellation Fee button.
ⓘ Cancellation fees are never charged when the pet sitter has not accepted the booking yet.
