How to change the date/time of an existing pet care service


This article explains how to change the date/time of an existing pet care service. Changing the date/time is useful if you need a service to be provided at a specific date/time instead of the originally scheduled date/time because of your schedule changes.

  1. Open the Booking Details page for the booking that contains the service to be updated.
  2. On the Booking Details page, select the service that needs to be updated.
  3. Open the Service Details page, press the Change Date/Time button located on the right side of the Date/Time label.
  4. On the dialog box displayed, specify the new date/time.
  5. Press the Update Date/Time button at the bottom of the page. On the dialog box displayed, confirm to reschedule.
