Setting holiday dates to apply holiday rates
With Cloudy app, you can set the dates on which holiday rates are applied. In addition to the common holiday dates for your country, you can set your own dates. For example, you can set a few days before and after the Christmas day as holidays.
- Make sure that pet sitter menu items are enabled on the User Settings page.
- On the left navigation menu, press Pet Sitter Profile under the Pet Sitter Menu header.
- Select the Holiday Rate tab.
- Tap on the dates on which holiday rates are applied.
- You can optionally add a description for the holiday dates you specified. To add a description, select a date range at the bottom half of the page and enter a description. The description will be applied to the specified dates.
- Press Save to save the change.
ⓘ If you change the holiday dates, the new dates will not be reflected to the existing bookings that have already been created. The new holiday dates will be used for the future bookings only.
ⓘ Pet owners can send service requests to you even when the requested service dates are marked as unavailable.
